Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him OUT of them all. Psalm 34:19
As I think on this year so far it has been a year, of many blessings but also a year of many afflictions. The good news is God has been faithful. Afflictions have come and gone, but when they hit a high note, he kicks it to the curb. Case in point, I have had many setbacks as I try to be faithful to my workouts. My body seems to be less tolerant of exercise these days. So that being said, I have to be extra careful, a lot of stretching and keeping my form intact.
What are your thoughts on this verse?
